Once it has shipped, you can expect a confirmation email from us letting you know that your order is on its way. We ship via Canada Post.
SHIPPING: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Add items to your cart, and hit the "calculate shipping" button for an exact figure. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of Canada Post, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
RETURNS: Of course we hope you’ll love everything you receive from Sarah’s Place but if for some reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, no problemo. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please note: We do not refund or exchange books, music cd's or autographed items, unless they were damaged enroute.
In order for a return to be accepted, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased. We will give a refund or exchange for any items that do not fit or are defective. We do not refund or exchange items that have been washed, worn, or altered in any way. Clothing covered in animal hair, or have a overwhelming perfume smell will not be refunded.
Please note: shipping fees are non refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake was ours. Proof of damaged item(s) may be necessary for refund.
We suggest shipping the return item back via a method that can be tracked. We cannot take responsibility for items that do not make it back to the store.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
TO RETURN YOUR ITEM: Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong item (Oops!) please contact us and we’ll send you a replacement right away. We’ll also let you know how to send back the problem order – at our expense of course. :)
CUSTOMS FEES: Sarah’s Place does not take responsibility for any customs fees that may incur as they are completely beyond our control. Fees may vary by country.

*Where is my order?*
Please remember that your order is coming from Canada and may have to cross the border, or there may be a holiday that is slowing down service. Please be patient. Packages sent overseas can take 6-10 weeks to arrive.
*What if I want something personalized or autographed?*
Just let us know via e-mail and Sarah will gladly personalize your item. If your purchase is for someone else, or you’d like a special message added… please let us know and she’ll personalize it for you.
*Can I make my payment via Snail-mail?*
We prefer you use Paypal, but if you can’t… then contact us via e-mail if you want to order via snail-mail.
